DIE VERANSTALTUNGSMACHER developed a new trade fair stand concept for Shell Energy on the occasion of E-world energy & water in Essen.
The adapted stand design, which focused on sustainability and innovation, enabled Shell Energy Germany to present itself as a leading B2B partner for energy solutions. The design offered visitors an inviting atmosphere and created a pleasant environment for discussions and interactions.
"When developing the trade fair stand concept, it was particularly important to us not only to create a functional environment for business meetings and to present products and services, but also to offer visitors a holistic brand experience," explains Nadine Bortscheller, Managing Director of veranstaltungsmacher GmbH.
Almost 500 pre-scheduled meetings were held on the stand area within three days of the trade fair. A digital table booking system, which was used for the first time, enabled seamless and effective meetings with Shell Energy representatives and coordinated spontaneous meetings in open time slots.
