In collaboration with Zitzmann communication, die veranstaltungsmacher designed a three-day employee event for the French investment company Natixis Investment Managers in Berlin in December 2017 .

The center piece was a two-day conference with workshops, lectures and panel discussions. The conference renounced any conventional presentation formats and was interactively controlled via an event app and broadcasted worldwide.

On the second evening the guests were welcomed to an exclusive gala dinner and award show in the Mirror Hall of Clärchens Ballhaus.
