DINNER
With the Berlin Spotlight Dinner, we created an extraordinary off-location venue at Potsdamer Platz as a stage for encounters, inspiration, and visions of the future for Berlin's gastronomy scene.
For 70 invited, renowned guests from the industry, a nearly 600 square meter, two-story shell space was transformed into an immersive dinner and event world. The goal was to bring the venue's full potential to life—both inside and out. Large window fronts created a strong external impact: light, movement, and atmosphere were deliberately used to make the event visible in the urban space.
In terms of content, the dinner kicked off with a keynote speech by Jochen Pinsker, which was a clear highlight—with pointed insights and outlooks on the future of the hospitality and food industry. The experience was complemented by Asian-inspired catering from the Hyatt Berlin, which underscored the urban, international character of the evening.
We created a Berlin club atmosphere through our design: light, mirror, and plant installations drew on references from the local club scene—raw, minimalist, deliberately contrasting. The industrial character of the space remained visible and was deliberately highlighted rather than covered up. The aim of the event was to present the venue as a versatile, highly attractive location for future catering concepts, while also providing industry insights and creating a strong emotional connection to the space. A small team, big ambitions – and a result that impressed. A happy customer and the first highlight of the year already set for January 2026.
