CONFERENCE
For the Thermondo Leadership Summit, we organized a two-day executive event at the exclusive HEARTS Hotel in the Harz Mountains. Around 65 participants from all over Germany—Thermondo's extended leadership team—came together to engage in intensive discussions on modern leadership, strategy, and culture.
The program was a balanced mix of in-depth content and inspiring interaction: in addition to a keynote speech and various workshops on current leadership topics, the agenda also included an active team-building element and an atmospheric networking event.
