COMMUNITY EVENT
Four weeks until the event. Many people involved, complex requirements, and a shared goal: a successful event.
For SPRIND—the Federal Agency for Breakthrough Innovations—we joined the ongoing planning process about four weeks before the EUDI ON Community Event and took over all production management and event coordination.
Working closely with the existing project team, we continued the planning from a production perspective and coordinated the various trades, processes, and requirements for implementation.
This included developing the safety plan, making adjustments to existing plans, scheduling construction and production timelines, and coordinating stage operations and media use in detail. On the day of the event, we were also responsible for managing the proceedings—from the final preparations to the coordination of the various program segments.
At Café Moskau, stakeholders from the public and private sectors, politics, government, and the media gathered for EUDI ON. With a main stage, speakers, exhibition areas, and various use cases, attendees were able to experience the EUDI Wallet and its growing ecosystem firsthand.
For us, this project has once again demonstrated just how valuable the synergy of different areas of expertise is in a complex event production—especially when many participants, service providers, and program elements come together.
