STAKEHOLDER EVENT, HYBRID EVENT
The 2022 General Assembly of the German E-Commerce and Mail Order Association took place as part of the 75th anniversary celebrations in Solingen, the place where the organization was founded.
The members' meeting was planned as a hybrid format so that association members who were unable to attend the celebrations in Solingen were still able to attend digitally and cast their vote for the election of the new Board of Directors.
The hybrid implementation allowed online participants to be involved in the presentations through voting and Q&A sessions in addition to on-site interaction. The team paid particular attention to voting on the ordinary discharge of the Executive Board without neglecting the actual experience of the participants on site.
