EXHIBITION STAND
DIE VERANSTALTUNGSMACHER created a new stand design for episerver's trade fair presence, taking into account its use in 2019 and 2020 and its scalability for different stand sizes.
While last year's trade fair stand was still strongly branding-oriented, this year the live communication specialists were able to impress with a completely new concept and thus continue their own philosophy of an open, communicative stand design with a feel-good character.
At the heart of the design was the vision of an industrial loft where people can meet, exchange ideas and have a good time. In line with this approach, the trade fair stand was created with a central bar, comfortable seating areas, a large meeting table, the tried-and-tested Speaker's Corner and a retreat area for further discussions. Healthy catering and a barista for the coffee kick catered for physical well-being and helped to increase the time spent at the stand. A reception counter was deliberately omitted from the planning in order to give employees the space to address appointment customers and interested parties directly and personally.
The new design approach was used for the first time at OMR in Hamburg. Conceived there as a smaller presentation area, it was then used with all its components at DMEXCO in Cologne. The consistently positive response from visitors and employees convinced the marketing team led by Katrin Menzel, Director Marketing Continental Europe & New Markets, that they had taken the right path with the new design.
As a full-service agency, DIE VERANSTALTUNGSMACHER took on the complete conception, planning and implementation of the trade fair stand.
