CEREMONY & PUBLIC EVENT
On behalf of the university management, we organized the two-day celebrations for the 25th anniversary of the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) in Berlin.
On the evening of October 24, 2019, HTW Berlin welcomed invited guests from politics, science, research and Berlin's universities to a reception on the campus in Wilhelminenhofstraße in Berlin-Oberschöneweide. The highlight of the evening was the ceremonial opening of the newly designed façade in the inner courtyard of the building complex. The history of the traditional former industrial site, which is now home to 14,000 students on 70 degree courses, is depicted across 60 meters.
The following day, the doors opened for all students, alumni and employees of the university to celebrate together. The focus was on the format "25 Zukunfts(t)räume", in which 25 graduates of HTW Berlin presented their ideas and business models. On a stage in the tent, the many university bands provided the musical program and a street food court catered for the physical well-being of the guests.
DIE VERANSTALTUNGSMACHER prevailed in the tendering process and worked for HTW Berlin for the first time. In addition to providing advice, the live communication specialists were also responsible for implementing the celebrations.
