CONFERENCE &EMPLOYEE EVENT
In cooperation with the Berlin digital agency, Torben, Lucie und die Gelbe Gefahr, DIE VERANSTALTUNGSMACHER organized the annual event for the employees of the Mercedes-Benz Cars Finance Team.
During the one-day event at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, the top management presented the future strategy and the new campaign motto #wearefm. The employees received detailed information in smaller workshops and developed initial implementation solutions together. In the plenary session, Nico Rosberg's speech provided the necessary motivational kick and a VR Race Challenge ensured team cohesion. The closing party above the rooftops of the city concluded a very successful day.
DIE VERSTALTUNGSMACHER created a holistic event concept around the #wearefm campaign developed by TLGG. This included the room design, the artistic staging as well as the supporting program, the schedule and the technical planning. On site, a team of several people ensured that the overall event and stage operations ran smoothly.
