In times of a shortage of skilled workers, recruiting students and graduates is particularly important. In order to stand out from the multitude of offers, the event organizers have developed a special concept on behalf of a commercial enterprise that specifically addresses students from STEM subjects.

Designed as a festival, the pre-selected students were able to find out about the job offers and the opportunities that the company provides for young talent in bright sunshine and in a relaxed atmosphere.

Participants experienced inspiring talks, interactive masterclasses and were able to get up close and personal with employees from the host company at breakout picnics. In the Job Jungle, employees provided information about current job offers and in the Interview Zone or while pedal boating, you could go straight into a job interview.

The numerous activities surrounding the festival offered a variety of opportunities to get in touch with the company in an informal setting. Whether tying friendship bracelets, printing T-shirts, on the adventure trail or at the many Instagram spots and musical performances - there was no contradiction between fun and networking at this recruiting festival.

Live music, cool drinks and delicious food made the eventful open-air day perfect until late in the evening.

The new concept was consistently rated positively by the participants and offers real added value to all those involved. This was also reflected in the attitudes after the event and will therefore lead to a continuation of the event series.
